LO1:PRELIM TASK

 I made a visualisation diagram so I had an idea of what I was making

Marketing- making your audience aware of a product

LO1, Task 2: Sample Materials (Mastheads)

Masthead 2

I think masthead 1 best suits the connotations of my magazine with the steel metal shine which capitalises on the iconography of Sheffield steel and the 'trekkers' has colours that connote outdoors (green brown) and the yellow connotes urgency and danger and the grass underlining the 'trekkers' has connotations of outdoors and is also iconography of the outdoors. I might remove the city/mountain sky line and develop it into a logo instead of incorporating it into my masthead and possibly take the building and shape some of the buildings into some of the letter.
